User Responsibility

AI-Generated Content
HEARD may provide AI-supported summaries, prompts, scripts, and advocacy language. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
You should review all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password or login credentials. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Prohibited Use
You may not use HEARD to:
- Submit false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Upload malware or unsafe files
- Attempt to access another user's account
- Misuse AI-generated content
- Use HEARD for emergency medical response
Subscriptions and Payments
If paid features are offered, subscription terms, pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be disclosed at purchase. App store purchases may be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.

Limitation of Liability
