    HEARD is a patient advocacy and documentation platform. It helps users document health concerns, organize care experiences, prepare for healthcare conversations, and create advocacy-related summaries.

    HEARD does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, or medical advice.

    HEARD is not a substitute for a doctor, nurse, licensed clinician, emergency care, or professional medical judgment.

    User Responsibility

    You are responsible for:

    • Entering accurate information
    • Reviewing information before sharing it
    • Deciding what information to share and with whom
    • Seeking appropriate medical care
    • Using HEARD in a lawful and respectful way

    AI-Generated Content

    HEARD may provide AI-supported summaries, prompts, scripts, and advocacy language. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

    You should review all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it.

    Account Security

    You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password or login credentials. Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

    Prohibited Use

    You may not use HEARD to:

    • Submit false, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
    • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
    • Upload malware or unsafe files
    • Attempt to access another user's account
    • Misuse AI-generated content
    • Use HEARD for emergency medical response

    Subscriptions and Payments

    If paid features are offered, subscription terms, pricing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds will be disclosed at purchase. App store purchases may be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.

    Limitation of Liability

    HEARD is provided as a support and documentation tool. We are not responsible for medical decisions, clinical outcomes, emergency delays, or decisions made by healthcare providers, hospitals, insurers, or third parties.
