Why HEARD Exists
HEARD was founded by Rachell Dumas, RN, MSN, after her own experience with medical misdiagnosis that led to multiple neurological procedures. As both a nurse and patient, she saw firsthand how often patients leave medical appointments confused, dismissed, or unsure how to advocate for themselves.
HEARD was created to change that.
